All sales are final. Customers pay for their own shipping unless promotion is available. Once the order leaves my facility, I am NOT liable for it. Orders are typically shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for shipping. This does not include order processing time. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. If for any reason there is a mistake on your order, and it is on my behalf, please purchase shipping insurance on your return package. I am not liable for any lost or damaged packages/goods.
